AutoHost provides AI phone answering software for restaurants and small businesses in Arizona. This policy explains what we collect, both on this website and through our service.
We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or session recording on getautohost.com, and there are no accounts or forms. Like any website, some technical information is handled by the services that run it: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver and protect the site, and our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser fetches them. We don't receive or use that information to identify you.
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own secure checkout pages. We never see, handle, or store your card number. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
If you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and follow up about our service. We don't sell this information or use it for advertising.
When AutoHost answers calls for a restaurant, the call is recorded and transcribed so the service can take the order, answer questions, and give the restaurant a record of what was said. This may include a caller's name, phone number, order, reservation request, or message. Orders are sent to the restaurant's order screen, and if an order isn't accepted, an automated call reads it to the restaurant's chosen contact. Reservation requests and messages are sent to the restaurant by email (and, where the restaurant has turned it on, by text message).
That information belongs to the restaurant. AutoHost processes it on the restaurant's behalf and does not sell it or share it with anyone outside what's needed to operate the service. Our software providers (such as our voice, telephony, and email or text-message delivery services) process this data for us under their own agreements.
Callers are told at the start of the call that they are speaking with an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded.
We keep call recordings and transcripts for as long as the restaurant is our customer, and we delete a customer's data on written request after their service ends.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email getautohost@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Our service is sold to businesses and is not directed at children.
